The birth of a bathroom cabinet requires going through many meticulous procedures, and each step is related to the final quality. At the beginning of production, the panel saw precisely cuts out various types of wood boards required for the cabinet body, laying a foundation for subsequent processing. Immediately after, the quality inspection personnel will check the dimensions of the cut plates to ensure that the error is controlled within the standard range.
After the size of the board is confirmed to be correct, the process will proceed to the pattern carving stage. The unique patterns carved by the machine add texture and beauty to the cabinet body. Then comes the crucial edge sealing treatment. Through professional techniques, the edges of the board are reinforced and sealed. This not only effectively prevents moisture from entering but also stops the release of formaldehyde, allowing users to use it with greater peace of mind. After the edge banding is completed, the quality inspector conducts a strict inspection of the dimensional accuracy and edge banding quality of the boards again to ensure that each board meets the production standards.
Next, the workers will precisely cut and trim the excess material at the edges of the board, remove burrs and flaws, and then carry out a board cleaning process to ensure that the surface of the board is clean and smooth. After the preparatory work was completed, the workers neatly arranged the cabinet body, drawers, door panels, screws and other components, and assembled them one by one. Every screw was tightened and reinforced to eliminate the risk of loosening. Immediately after assembly, conduct functional tests. Repeatedly push and pull the drawers to check smoothness and close the cabinet doors to test the sealing effect.
After the functional test is qualified, the staff will thoroughly wipe and clean the cabinet to remove dust and stains, and then conduct an overall quality inspection again. A qualified bathroom cabinet will first be tightly wrapped with foam paper, then covered with a hard cardboard outer packaging, and foam blocks will be filled in the gaps around the box to comprehensively prevent damage from bumps and knocks during transportation. Finally, after the unpacking, packaging and inspection are completed, the well-packed bathroom cabinets will be sent to all parts of the country.
