Before loading the vehicle, quality inspection personnel will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the surface, corners and pipe joints of the bathtub one by one. After confirming that there are no scratches or flaws, they will first cover it tightly with high-density bubble wrap. For the corners that are prone to bumps, custom foam corner protectors will be added, and then a thickened waterproof cloth bag will be placed on the outside for triple protection to prevent friction and moisture during transportation. For bathtubs made of different materials such as acrylic and cast iron, we match exclusive handling plans. Heavy-duty bathtubs are lifted smoothly by forklifts equipped with anti-slip pads, while light-duty bathtubs are lifted and placed gently by two people working together to avoid damage caused by uneven force.
When loading the vehicle, strictly follow the principle of “heavier at the bottom and lighter at the top, and stable stacking”. Fill the gaps between the bathtubs with buffer cotton. After the entire vehicle is loaded, fix it in multiple directions with high-strength bandages to prevent shaking and displacement during transportation.
