The resin transparent bathtub is made of acrylic and epoxy resin as core materials, and through multiple precise processes, it creates a transparent texture and solid performance. First, select high-transparency acrylic sheets, heat them at a high temperature of 190-200℃ to soften them, and then use vacuum forming technology to shape the inner and outer layer cylinder body blanks to precisely reproduce the design outline.
The edges of the inner and outer cylinder bodies are joined with special adhesive, and the overflow pipe assembly is embedded to reserve the overflow channel. After being inverted, environmentally friendly epoxy resin slurry is injected into the interlayer, and the air bubbles are discharged through the exhaust groove to ensure uniform molding. It is then sent into a constant-temperature curing furnace and cured in an environment of 40-50℃, taking into account both hardness and transparency.
After curing, precisely cut off the excess corners and edges. Open drainage holes at the preset positions and install the matching components. Then, undergo multiple rounds of fine grinding and polishing to remove defects and enhance the surface smoothness. Finally, after dimensional accuracy inspection and waterproof testing, the qualified products are delivered after shockproof packaging. Every step is strictly controlled throughout the process to ensure that the bathtub combines both transparent aesthetics and practical performance.
